Nayib Bukele has pulled El Salvador out of the boiling water by putting the rights of law abiding citizens above those of the gangs. We have to ask ourselves, in what sort of world do we want our children and grandchildren to live?
The rich and ruthless will succeed if they are able to buy off the media, the politicians and the judicial system. The message from Bukele is that if you do not actively take your nation back and rid ourselves of the corruption, crime, injustices and censorship now, it will be increasingly difficult and painful later.
